If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new unused item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original new condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We encourage you to insure any return merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

All bat warranty issues must be processed directly to the bat manufacturer by the customer as detailed in the warranty card attached to each new bat purchased.

Fielding gloves must be new unused and not processed with any type of glove break in procedure.

Refunds will be issued on qualified returns, and you may place a new order for your desired product.
